A while back, I started talking to real estate agents and brokers here in the Philippines. Not to sell them anything — I was genuinely curious about how they worked. What I found surprised me.

Almost everyone was running their business through Facebook. They would post listings in groups, get inquiries through Messenger, and try to keep track of everything in their heads or in scattered notes. Licensed, experienced professionals — managing millions of pesos in transactions through chat threads.

The same problems kept coming up. Leads would get buried in Messenger. Sold properties would still get inquiries because the Facebook post was still live. There was no way to organize who was interested, who needed follow-up, or who went cold.

I also noticed something else: most agents did not have their own website. The ones who wanted one were quoted prices that did not make sense for their business, or ended up with something they could not update themselves.

That felt like a problem worth solving.

So I built ListingPH — a simple, focused platform that gives every agent their own branded listing site with a built-in lead pipeline. You add your listings, share them on Facebook the way you already do, and every inquiry gets captured and organized automatically.

I designed it to be the tool I would want if I were an agent: clean, fast, no clutter, and built for how real estate actually works in the Philippines.
